During our recent stay at 7 Luz, we enjoyed the freedom to come and go as we pleased. The neighborhood was fantastic, and the staff was incredibly helpful and communicative, addressing all of our concerns promptly. The bed in our room was comfortable, providing us with a good night's sleep. Despite being a budget option, it turned out to be the cheapest available in the city.
Although the room lacked windows, the receptionist failed to inform us about this change. Additionally, the thin walls made it difficult to relax due to the noise from neighboring rooms.

The rooms at 7 Luz Hostel were awesome! They had a kitchenette with a fridge, so we could keep our drinks cold. And the best part? Each room had a kettle, perfect for making a cup of tea after a long day of exploring Lisbon. The double room even had a tea/coffee maker, toaster, and patio, making it feel like a home away from home. We loved that some of the units had garden views too. the room amenities were top-notch and made our stay comfortable and convenient.
The only thing I didn't particularly enjoy was that the studio rooms lacked a proper seating area. But hey, that's just me.

I can't believe the value for money at this hostel! The room was spacious and comfy, the toilet was decent, and despite the negative reviews, it was far from terrible. Maybe some people just have sky-high expectations or enjoy complaining - who knows? It may not be a fancy hotel, but it's an old building with its quirks. Plus, the staff were friendly, even if their English wasn't great. It was practically empty when I arrived, and I ended up having a twin room all to myself for the price of a single. The location isn't central, but it's stunning and very convenient if you're catching a flight. Just keep in mind that there's no kitchen. a great find in a nice area with local restaurants nearby.

For the price, I couldn't have asked for more. The room was cozy and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect, with a nice neighborhood and friendly atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and helped us with all our questions.
The morning meal could have been better with a wider selection of utensils for the kitchen.

The staff at this hostel were extremely pleasant and informative, making my Christmas stay a memorable one. The interior of the property was well decorated, giving off a modern vibe that added to the overall experience. the whole property was impeccably clean, which made for a comfortable stay.
There were a few aspects of my stay that were less than ideal. The room I stayed in had thin walls, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information and answering all our questions. The interior of the property was nicely decorated, giving it a modern and stylish feel. The price of the accommodation was also very reasonable, especially considering its convenient location near the city.
The walls of the rooms were very thin, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. We could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms, including some rather intimate activities, which was quite uncomfortable.

The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. the location was convenient, not too far from the airport and a big mall with a great food court. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing useful information.
The lack of hooks in the bathrooms was inconvenient, forcing us to place our clothes on the closed toilet lid. the private room we stayed in had two closed-off doors, one leading to the backside of the refrigerator, causing noise and easily transmitting conversations from the reception.

I recently stayed at this hostel for three nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff, especially Kelly, was incredibly friendly and always there to help. The studio had a spacious layout with a well-equipped kitchen and a nice shower. The interior of the property was well decorated, providing a modern vibe. The entire property was kept very clean, which was a major plus. Considering its location so close to the city and during high season, the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this property for a short stay or emergency situation.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
